Slightly delayed arrival for one of the two movers I hired to move some large furniture pieces into a POD. I have never seen two people work so hard. What I believed would take at least two hours was done in basically 1 hour. I was going to arrange the furniture in the pod but they convinced me to allow them to do it. They wrapped and packed items expertly to the point I was left with half a Pod to load my boxes as needed over the next few days. I had lost two days to the recent winter storm but now I’m two days ahead of schedule. Love of God movers saved me. I should’ve hired them for my first Pod. Excellent buy and well worth the money! Specialist Darnell and Danzel were the best movers I have ever experienced!

Fantastic! Danzel was very helpful and communicative. They were able to accommodate our last-minute booking and finished the work much faster than expected. We've mostly had poor experiences with movers, so this was a breath of fresh air. We've already recommended them to a family member and would happily recommend them to anyone.

They were an hour late, after asking me to delay the arrival time by one hour previously. (so a three hour difference from my original request for arrival). I asked for 1100-1200, they asked if it could be 1200 to 1300, they arrived at 1400. In spite of that, they worked hard and completed my load out within the two hours allotted.

One of the people who came to load wound up not feeling well and sat for about a 1/2 he. Someone else showed up who could barely load much and we were charged and additional 30 min overage. They pressed to have us send the difference in cash app which was against the Hire a Helper agreement. Had it not been for the man down situation they would have been able to complete the job on time. My truck was also not packed in a very organized fashion considering it was an out of state move. I’ve used Hire a helper before and was a little disappointed ??

What training do you provide your crew members?
We already have a great team. But when we train someone new. I take them threw some of the steps by practicing lifting up and taking out furniture. Home
