The crew were fast, efficient, careful with my belongings and very curteous. I was extremely pleased with how smoothly this POD unloading went. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were slightly late but no biggie and credit where credit is due, they worked very hard and did a most excellent job. Unfortunately the gentleman was so overly worried about not getting paid that he acted highly unprofessional at the end raising his voice at my customer and my driver and refused to leave the property. I was verifying that he did do an extra hr of work when according to my call logs it was only 10 min. He threw such a fit though that I paid him regardless to simply remove him from my customers property. I hired him to unload 26' truck (I work for a moving co). My customer was going to use his service as well and decided against it after his outburst. He then texted me long messages for over half the day which were not pleasant. I wish him the best of luck in the future and hope he may learn from this experience. They may want to consider a name change.

Mover's response:
Right there in your message you said that we did a great job so no need to misinterpret anything that came after I'm pretty sure my guys are not to leave the job site until payment has been received in addition to that I'm pretty sure you will be difficult with the compensation for the additional hour is why we probably had to stick around. We always stay professional so we know we're going to get paid regardless so there is no need for any outburst. That's not how we operate for if there was one it must have come from you and your frustration. Realizing yes the movers do need to stick around until the payment is received. For we know if customers do not pay we can still get the funds released through the website as long as we have completed the hours so I'm not sure what you are referring to. No one has ever had to call the police more deal with us in any difficult manner with being removed from customer's property. You did not appreciate our services you do not have to use us again we will continue moving forward with love and integrity for each customer. For we do understand we cannot please everyone and we do receive some bad apples like yourself. That just like in your message you can do a great job and still not please everyone. In addition to that no one ever made any phone calls harassing or bothering you so that was a lie as well.

They were supposed to be there between 8-9 AM but actually showed at 10 AM. They were strong and young and could move the stuff ok, but lacked care in actually loading the truck. I found metal patio chair stacked on a desk top, etc. I booked them for 2-hours and at a little over an hour they were asking if, "that was it for us, Sir?". Very disappointing.

Mover's response:
We showed up at 9:40 and told you ahead of time we would be running 30 min behind. We move so ok that we were done in an hour. When we were finished we asked. Was that everything you needed, to check and make sure we completed everything you need us to do. You said that was all and you released the payment you even tipped us.we even stacked up ur stuff hi so that it would not exceed 8ft.even though it was quite a bit of stuff. Also you had know furniture pads or blankets to protect what we moved. We are disappointed you would write bad things in your review but did not express any of your concerns before or after you tipped us when we left .

Very nice, hard working young men, they got everything I needed moved quickly and as directed. They put a very heavy table together for me as well and moved it into place. I have used them 4 times now and they have come through for me each and every time. Thank you - great company to work with.

Expect that love of god movers team will Be there on time, Clean well groomed, in uniform and ready to work.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

For full service move customer should prepare by have 15inch srink wrap\stretch wrap an Pads. Prepare by giving us a good starting time. And exact address.

What types of moves have you handled?

60 mile move distance. A to B.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Getting to move the furniture. And Meeting new familys. I enjoy the challenge of moving large items.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We already have a great team. But when we train someone new. I take them threw some of the steps by practicing lifting up and taking out furniture. Home
