2 men came to help me with my move on 11/8/2023. They were nice to begin with but only brought 1 dolly with them.. then it took them 45 minutes to load 2 pieces of furniture into my pod. I only paid for 2 hours of service since the apartment was small and I only had a couch, bedroom set, TV stand and 12 boxes. I had also prepared everything in advance, such as stacking heavy boxes and taking apart furniture, I was completely ready. The men proceeded to take my wagon for their own use and had me carrying heavy furniture and boxes on my own and without any help while they leisurely loaded my heavier furniture with their dolly and my small wagon. Towards the end of the 2 hours they had me move everything, aside from my bed and couch, to the elevator on my own and told me "I needed to work faster". At the very end one of the men watched me finish the check out processes and demanded a rather large tip for their lazy service. I am a 24 year old, 130 pound woman and I was intimidated into giving a tip that I do not think they deserved in the slightest. Additionally, my bedside table was dropped LOUDLY on the concrete and I was not allowed to examine the piece of furniture before it was loaded into my pod. My pod will be arriving tomorrow at my new address and I will be filing claims. HORRIBLE service.

God bless. We didn't drop any of her items. She didn't have the money to pay us we gave her a discount, and she acted like she was being charged because we would not work for free. Everyone is upset when they can't pay if you can't afford US don't book us. we didn't drop any item . . We only provide one hand truck dolly, if you needed another one you should have contacted us and let us know that. You didn't give us a keypad therefore we were locked outside I had to call you for us to get back in the building. You obviously haven't done any kind of Labor in your entire life.Your pod was outside behind the building up a steep hill. We told u time was up , u offered to pay , So how do u feel we made u do anything. The walk to your apt was very far. We worked with you..We are helpers not slaves. We do not work for free.

The customer service number on the phone has great support, however the movers that showed up to load my POD was horrible. First off they had a window from 11:00-1pm They showed up to the apartment building downstairs at 12:05 but did not get to my actual apartment until 12:15 pm. Time is suppose to start once they arrive in the apt. Two people were suppose to arrive, the guy arrived with a woman whom looked like she was no more than 110lbs who was of no assistance. It was basically like one person did the moving. Not sure if this was his girlfriend with him or a friend in training but he had to keep telling her what to do and she would carry once box at a time. My items were all organized in one area and ready to be picked up and carried out. The amount of time they took was ridiculous. It was basically like having one person when the company is suppose to send two. It was very evident that she was not a mover and someone he grappled to help him for the day. Upon taking the bed down to disassemble she was no assistance to him and just stood there. This wasted a lot of time. They were very unprofessional and were worried about their phones the whole time. Both of them had almost zero batteries and had to keep charging and looking at their phones. This is what made them late to the apt because they called to say the phone was dying and needed to charge it in the car. Once time starting ticking and my two houses was almost up. He started getting frustrated when my two hours I paid for was almost up. At this point he became irate. My Faughyer stayed downstairs to watch the pod be loaded and I stayed in the apt watching them. Once it was approaching 2pm I started helping them carry items to the pod. He told me to sign that he stayed 2.35 minutes when it was actually two hours and 17 minutes. I questioned it and didn't want to argue about it because he was a man with a attitude and I was a woman who felt intimidated. Did not like the way he started to drag the mattress because he was late to his next appointment. He kept telling his lady friend about the ETA the next ETA. This was the same day Apple sent alerts to the phones about some emergency signal security something when all the phones keep alarming. The lady kept worrying about her phone and Apple and the Government and to shut the phones off. ?? news very annoyed and in disbelief about this whole transaction. This was actually a company that Pods recommended, like I mentioned Customer service at the call center was very helpful and professional but whom they contracted out was horrible.

We did an awesome job we understand you were upset that you couldn't afford more we were stuck on an elevator without a key to go up or down. No one came down to meet us in a huge building. We were downstairs at 12:00 not 12:05. The entire experience was stressful. We did an awesome job moving your items and we got all your items inside of your pod. FYI the owner of the company is a woman.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.
