The two gentlemen were on time. They went right to work. They had the pod emptied and everything in my apartment within 45 minutes. They were amazing. I would definitely use again if needed.

On the pro list: the movers were innovative about how to protect my processions, and worked efficiently.
On the con list: they went over time by 10 minutes without giving me a heads up. Called me from downstairs to tell me this and that they were done with no explanation about what happens next or to formally wrap up the job. I got a call telling me they were going to charge me an extra hour for going over. This frustrated me bc it felt like they went over on purpose, and then rushed off. Plus there was still more things to be moved. If they had explained I was going to be charged an extra hour rather than rushing off, I would have used the remaining 50 minutes I was charged for to get them to finish the job properly. I wouldn’t use them again.

These were probably the worst movers I ever had. They didn’t really inventory when I walked them around. They just complained. At one point they had to unpack my pod because they didn’t really comprehend how many boxes I had. They kept leaving things behind, they were throwing around boxes that said glass or fragile. They left sharp objects on my leather couch. I went to put a few more things in before I left and got stuck unpacking half the pod and re-packing on my own. They had sooo much wasted space even after repacking. I would never use these guys again.
