I worried for nothing! The two helpers were on time, prepared, very respectful, and polite. They worked very hard and quickly. Kyle and Adam followed my requests for loading the POD so I could access certain items with ease. They did an excellent job and were very careful not to hit any walls with the furniture. I only wish they could be the ones to unload my POD when I reach my destination in Florida. I would definitely use them again.

It was easy to communicate with Pete himself about the arrival of our belongings and being sure we had men to unload at the storage unit. The 2 men Pete assigned were a tad late but came with smiles and ready to work! They arranged our things really well, just the way we wanted. We would definitely use Petes Moving Service again

Needed workers to help me unload my storage pod at my new place (down a step hill). Pete's Moving sent two young men for 2 hours. They worked hard, carried some heavy stuff including a 6' x 6' bookcase. Nothing was broken and they finished in 1.75 hrs. Showed up on time and were very courteous. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I will cut them a little slack, as unfortunately, on my 7 hour drive, I was stuck on the grapevine for almost 2 hours, due to a major accident where 2 people died, and 4 had to be airlifted to the hospital. With that said, I called the movers and kept them in the loop about the issue. I told Pete that I would be arriving around 2pm. (Our original timeframe was between 12-1 pm) At around 1:45, I received a call from Pete saying that the movers would be there a little after 2pm. By 2:30, I called and asked about the movers. I received a call back a little later saying he hadn't heard from them in a while, but someone would be there. At 3:56pm, I received a text from the movers that they were in Oakdale, about an hour away. I thought this strange, since Pete had told me they would be there a little after 2pm. When they got there, I learned they were at another job at 2pm.......soooooo why did Pete lie to me????? It made me wonder if even had I been on time for our 12-1 original time period, would I have been waiting until 5pm for the movers to arrive? The movers did fine. Both were nice guys who worked hard. My concern is with the owner, who obviously wasn't honest with me. Had I not been an hour past our original timeline, I would have given them even fewer stars.

The 2 movers that helped us out were awesome! They came ready to work hard and they did just that... for 5 hour straight! It was hot outside and I had a lot of heavy items. They'd finish one item and immediately went on to the next. I'd recommend these guys for sure.

They did a good job upon arrival. They were, however, 30 minutes late for the scheduled time of the job.

Not professional took numerous breaks didn't know how to load trailer so it cost me more money and my items were damaged because of the way they loaded. I kept asking all day how much longer they kept saying an hour. They went four hours over. I ciuldnt send them home because my heavy items weren't loaded. I paid for four hours over and it still wasn't done. I would never use this company again.
