This was a real mixed bag. I was confirmed for 4 movers - 3 of them showed on time but the last one never did. The other 3 were able to stay longer and complete the job, so ultimately it wasn't a huge deal, but still it took 1.5-2 hours longer due to the missing man.
The supervisor of the job, Thomas, was very friendly and communicative and did a good job coordinating the loading of the truck as efficiently as possible. All 3 of them worked hard with few breaks in between and those were certainly needed as it was a hot day in Nevada.
The biggest issue I think comes from the fact that they pull together random workers including independent contractors who might otherwise have their own moving business. This was the case for us and one of the movers complained to me about the supervisor, which of course is very unprofessional -- any issues should be sorted without the customer's involvement.
This also caused confusion to me as they arrived with a smaller truck to the job. When a few things didn't fit in my rental I assumed we could put it in that truck, but because it was the "personal" vehicle of one of the movers he wanted to charge me $60 for it. Of course I already would pay for the loading labor and they had to drive the truck over to the unloading site anyway. I get that it is his own vehicle, but from a customer standpoint I am paying $60 for what?
Overall, it was decent help but not to the level of my past experiences with other companies.

After our first helpers had to cancel, hire a helper recruited these guys! They were efficient, friendly and very polite!

Both helpers were hard working and very pleasant the reason I gave them the rating I did was because neither one knew what they were doing. They began by unloading one box at a time, at that rate they would not have gotten done in the 2 hour period. I have to blame the person that send them out because neither one were trained properly if my son and I had not helped them they wouldn't have finished. I've hired 5 different crews from hired helper and this crew was the least experience.

Mario and Big Tom are amazing. This is the second time I’ve hired them to help me with moving and they did not disappoint. Hard workers, showed up on time, didn’t quit or find ways to avoid work. Big Tom I swear could pick up a small car by himself. Mario is clever and between the two of them you have a great team.

They were on time. Very careful with my furniture. They were working in extremely hot weather, but kept up their pace. Never complained. They were very accommodating to my special directions of what was to go into storage and what was to be unloaded at the home. At times having to carry items back onto the truck, doubling thier work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I would like to thank the guys who helped me personally. I have never used a service like this before. I can say without any reservations I would use them again. Thank you, Mike and Tony you both went over and above to help make this move possible! The guys were on time. Mike was the first one here. I informed him I had never used a service like this before and he helped walk me through the process. All the guys were very respectful with my belongings. I honesty am very grateful for the 4 gentleman who assisted me. Thank you guys, I am very happy with all you did!

On time. I did not the ratcheting type strap to make sure my mattress was fairly secure. One of the helpers had exactly that type of strap in his trunk. So I appreciated that very much. And the other one was a little more knowledge able about loading my truck so that no damage would be inflicted on my headboard and footboard, which I appreciated even more.
