Put a couple big gouges in my wall from moving couch.

One of the two guys who showed up, had no moving experience and kept shying away from the heavy work. The more experience of the two spent several minutes calling his boss to complain about his colleague (on my time) and to explain that he needed help. They were also ripping up my furniture and damaging the condo and elevator doors and light fixtures.
The boss showed up and we agreed that it would take longer. He suggested that I get a bigger truck. I agreed.
As a compromise, I agreed to pay three hours online plus three additional hours for three guys (at least two with moving experience). The boss asked that I make payment for three hours online and then he would provide three guys to complete the job. Immediately after I made the first payment online they left with a promised to return after lunch. They never returned despite my calls. They abandoned me, their gloves and dollies behind and I had to find more costly alternatives to move and violated the condo bylaws by extending the move into Saturday. I have pictures of the damages which I will forward to you with my claims form.

I gave them a 3 star because they need better skills in know how to really pack a storage unit. My son had to rearrange the unit in order to get my things in it. They were very nice young men who worked hard.

I showed up to a friends house to help him move and I was the only person there so i went online and found this website and they had helpers there within 2 hours on a Saturday. When they showed up they started working right away and did not stop until the job was done and they were careful with everything they handled. I will use this company again.

A phone call an hour before the job to make sure everything is still a go. We will be on time, we guarantee it.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have everything ready for the move cause we will be at least 15 minutes early.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle all kinds of moves, doesn’t matter how far you are from us. We will make sure we are 15 minutes early to complete our job. We’ve completed office moving, storage moving, and even pod moves.
