Alexis was prompt keeping me appraised on their arrival time . He and another gentleman arrived on time and ready to work . They were conscientious and handled my belongings with care . Alexis and his crew were happily responsive to my requests and complete the task within the contracted 3 hour minimum . Continued customer service as this will assure Alexis success . I would definitely use PR again .

This team arrived on time and ready to work! I hired 2 guys for a 3 hour move from my 1 bedroom apartment (and a 10x10 storage unit) and into a 16 foot moving pod. In 3 hours Alexis and company were completely finished (that included closing out the order and them making suggestions for how to ensure my pod arrived safely with all my belongings in tact since my stiff didn't quite fill the unit) and it never felt rushed. The were able to get the couch out of my apartment in less than 10 minutes (it took 3 guys that delivered it from the furniture store where I bought it almost an hour to figure out how to get it in). In addition they were very conscientious about making sure that my belongings were treated as if they were their own. Once I hired them, I received a call within 30 minutes confirming the appointment and then the night before another call to confirm Plus a text when they were on the way there. As they packed they checked in to be sure that they were getting everything. I wish I had been a little more prepared so they could have gotten it all, I just didn't think anyone would be able to finish that fast. But now I can go to sleep tonight knowing that I only have about 2 hours of cleaning and last minute packing do in the morning. I can't say enough nice things about them. Oh and they were polite, which is sometimes a lost art but it made the whole experience more pleasant. I wish they were going to be on the other end of my move to help me unload!! DO NOT make the mistake I almost did and and not hire these guys because of lack of reviews. They are new to hire a helper and did I wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know that is moving in the area and would hire them again if I needed it.
