I thought I was hiring two adults. A man and his daughter showed up. We had some heavy furniture and we were concerned for the safety of the young girl as well as some of our furniture. We had some damage to our furniture but we will live with that. Took longer than anticipated. If two adults aren't going to show we should have been told; We would not have accepted that group. My husband had to help much more than anticipated (especially since he was nursing a cracked rib). Also, we did not receive the info on creating an inventory for insurance purposes until after the move. The movers were on time and conscientious but we couldn't change as we already had the rental moving truck.
