They were 2 hrs late to the scheduled time
When they arrived I asked if they thought everything would fit and they replied it would be tight but they would make it work
After 3.25 hrs they advised that everything still in the garage would not fit into the pod. At this point , I had already booked them for another hour. As you can imagine, I was shocked . I quickly called PODs to order another POD which would not come for another 5 days. I had to make arrangements to have everything left over moved to my neighbors garage as I had to be out of the house the next day.
The guys were very nice and I did tip them but being so late and then me paying extra time, only to find out it was not going to work anyway, was very upsetting. I would have appreciated an on time arrival and notification sooner that there was a problem.

WONDERFUL HELPERS. They were on time , efficient, respectful of our property . Pleasant, courteous and personable. I neglected to mark several boxes with room of choice and they asked each time where I wanted them placed .
