The movers worked hard when they finally arrived, which was 2 hours later than scheduled. This was after I called to inquire 3 times to confirm if they were coming. The appointment was scheduled between 10:00 and 11:00, and they didn’t arrive until 1:15. I scheduled the early appointment, because I had a lot to do and this delay which caused me to miss a 2:00 appointment; and they smelled of marijuana upon arrival. If I were not pressed for time I would have canceled when they arrived. Not a good experience at all!!!! Will NEVER EVER use this service again!!!!!!!!!!

The movers stated that they were not the regular crew, they were helping out his Uncle. It showed by the way they loaded the truck. I got pictures of the mess in the back of the truck.
