One of the workers stepped on a picture and shattered the glass. His response...."Oh"
They lost...yes lost 2 lamps....I believe one of the workers put them down in the grass while loading the truck and then forgot them there.
However, the Team Leader, Ray was great. Very respectful and efficient. If there could have been 2 Ray's it would have been a perfect move! I still have not received a response about the lamps.

They were a little because the previous job ran over but they called to let me know. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would use again.

Raymond and another gentlemen were on time and completed the job of loading/unloading and assembled and unassembled requested items in the allotted timeframe. They were prepared for the job. Although we had a problem, they were respectful of my property and advised me of process for the corrective action. Because of that I did not lower their rating. I gave them a rating of a 5.

Above and Beyond Movers were phenomenal! They arrived between the stated time and worked very quickly and efficiently to pack up my 1 bedroom apartment. They were very respectful and considerate of my space with Covid-19 occuring as well! I'd highly recommend them for any job!

We absolutely loved Raymond he went above and beyond for us!! He did 90% of the work. He explained everything to us and was super kind. He arrived early and started moving things before Eddie arrived late. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends!! Eddie refused to wear a mask after we gave him one because he came without one. This was after we explained to him twice that my daughter had no immune system and suffers with Crohn’s disease although he did ask if he could catch it. He also stopped to smoke after they loaded the truck at the move from house. It was not a cigarette. He was extremely nosy about who was living in the new home and asked twice if my daughter would be living alone. Once at my old place and once at the new place. Raymond was extremely professional. Eddie not at all.
