I have to say this was my first time using Hire a Helper. Rondo and his co-helper (didn't catch his name) were AWESOME! They were quick, mannerly and packed my POD like I didn't imagine. They took the time to wrap my furniture and gave good advice on placement of my lamps and delicate items. I was quite pleased, I even enjoyed Rondo's singing while working ??. I needed the muscle due to my back pain and I got it! Will definitely use Pack-Man again.

Wonderful, efficient, timely, polite and considerate two-man crew for unload in Pompano Beach, FL! I’m so tired from our 3000 mile move that I forgot their names, but big thanks to them both! Very highly recommend!

These two gentlemen broke several pieces of my furniture because they did not wrap them in the furniture blankets i provided. They also did not wrap my sofa and just threw the cushions in the truck. At the end of it all, i lost my bed frame, i lost my dining room table, my office furniture leg pegs were broken off ( again due to no wrapping) and my sofa was filthy.
I told these gentlemen to wrap my stuff so many times and they did not listen to me.
I want a refund.
We’re a bit confused about this review as you did not have a bed frame - just a mattress. Also- the team used all of your blankets that you provided. There was not a lot of items as your household pieces fit into a 15’ truck - We know this because the team always make note of what they touched and how they completed the job. Please provide pictures of the damages, our email is provided on our profile. Thanks!

Pack-Man moving services we’re great. From booking, to rescheduling, and then the actual job. They were extremely understanding and accommodating. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A concise email to confirm the exact details of your move and ensure the accuracy of the information provided. This email also provides our customers with the methods in which they can contact us: phone, text, email.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect a transparent, open line of communication prior to the team’s arrival. We’ll let you know when we are 10-15 mins away from your location. Customers can also expect that as the team arrives- THEY WILL GET TO WORK. The team works based on customer instructions for what items need to be packed, moved, disassembled/assembled, unloaded, etc. We have expert movers that will handle all goods carefully and load items snuggly and safely into your truck/pod/container.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We absolutely encourage open dialogue with our customers. There’s no silly questions or wrong questions. Our goal is to make your move as stressless and easy as possible. So to prepare for your move- let us know if items outside of what we supply is needed, let us know if there are heavy (400+) /awkward/ large / fragile items to make note of prior to moving day. Any information about the move would be helpful.
What types of moves have you handled?
The team has handled residential, commercial, on-site moves, assistance with moving heavy delivered item from delivery truck to inside the home, help with installing heavy granite countertops, load/unload/packing- just to name a few!
