I booked two movers for two hours and I confirmed with them a day ahead of moving that two movers were going to come between 8:00AM-9:00Am. So I rented a U-Haul truck in that morning and waited for them to come, but around 9:00 AM I received a phone call from Armstrong mover, asking me to reschedule because one mover couldn't come. I was shocked by their last minute change. I refused to reschedule and they said they had only one guy available. So I burned myself to move everything with this mover, but after finishing the moving, I was asked to pay the price for two movers which I did.

The thing I am grateful about the guys I hired is that I gave zero-hour notice since I wasn't certain of my ETA and they responded pretty fast. Wish we could have done it in 3-hours but ok was a full truck!

They arrive on time. They finished early. They're hard working. I could have given them 5 star, but communicating with them to confirm the their coming can be difficult. You'll often get a voicemail and don't get a response back and they're phone does not accept text. You will have to keep trying to reach them.

These guys showed up high. I had a truck rented, and movers waiting at our destination so I was stuck with who showed up or I was going to be out several hundred dollars. They caused a few thousand dollars worth of damage to my furniture. Scratched up and broken. Never use them.

Andre and Stanley were great! They were fast and managed to bring down heavy furniture from the second floor with no issues. I would definitely recommend using hire a helper again!
