Stanley and Andre were absolutely AMAZING! They worked so hard and efficiently and professionally. They were very conscientious of my things. Incredible!! Incredible!! The movers started off ok, but before they finished they had slowed down and where not working to help make my move successful at all. First, I’ll say one of the movers was nice and tried to be helpful but, he was not the lead guy or the one in charge. Every time he tried to give an idea the other guy cut him off and said that he had it and didn’t need his help. At some point the other man just stopped talking and only worked because every time he said something he was silenced. Next, before even trying he was complaining about how my items wouldn’t fit into the trailer I rented. I was annoyed that he had such a negative attitude. Thereafter, he continued with the negative attitude and comments the whole move. I should explain I had a 1/1 and I only hired the movers for 2 hours. This isn’t my first time hiring movers and it has never taken longer than 3 hours to move my items from place to place. I hired this company for moving my items from my apartment to the Uhal trailer. At the end of hour one they had only removed the couch and a few boxes. Since they were working so slow I decided to being to help. I took down three loads of boxes, pictures and containers. After all that I wasn’t even that disappointed I was more over it. The worse part was when the lead mover had the audacity to ask “what y’all going to do about the extra time?” You may be thinking that’s normal but I have moved apartment 3 times while living in Fort Lauderdale and hired movers every time NOT ONCE has the moving company ever asked how I was paying the bill BEFORE the move was over. I thought it was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Because under no circumstances would I have hired movers if I couldn’t afford movers. WTF. SMH. After the lead mover spent 2.5 hours half helping me load the trailer and didn’t even manage to get all the items in the trailer. Not to mention they charged me for a whole extra hour when they only stayed an extra 30 minutes. I really wanted to tip the other guy but not the lead guy, but I couldn’t get him alone long enough to slip him money. I only felt bad for not being able to tip him. Thankfully my father was there and was able to successfully get all items in the trailer after the movers left. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company. Pick someone else if you truly want to get your hard earned money’s worth.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially for hard labor jobs, but the guys who were sent to complete 1 king bedroom set move, left me disappointed.
First, 2 potheads showed up, it was on time, no issues there, but they appeared to lack motivation and intention to do any work, and were very slow (perhaps because they were visibly high). They were negligent, 0 personal safety measures/precautions taken (not meaning face masks, but use of protective gear, heavy duty gloves/belts/straps, etc.), as a result somehow one of them managed to get his finger hurt, so what should have been no more than 2.5 hours work, they turned into over 4. They did not use any powered tools to disassemble the furniture, only manual screwdrivers, which contributed to the prolonging of the job getting done in timely manner.
Second, they broke one of the nightstands, tried to cover that up by fixing it up with clear tape so to look like "it was already like that before". On top of that - scartched all of the other pieces of the furniture and the apartment complex elevator door, even though I brought 24 moving blankets, but they used them only to cover up the items after they were already loaded inside the truck. They also refused to move/take the dresser (I agree, it was tricky to get such heavy item down as it was a loft apt., my friend and I offered to help them get that down, but they stated it's a 4-5 people job and they won't be able to do it, I had to call their boss and schedule that to be done another day, so that piece was left behind, now I am without a complete bedroom set, and my friend lost her security deposit because of bulky item left behind).
Third, they tried to pull the "elevator broke" trick on us, but my friend went to check it, there was nothing wrong with the elevator.
Fourth, once the bedroom set was moved into to my house, and everything appeared assembled back together, they had already left, so I decided that the box springs are making the bed too high off the floor, and since bedframes have supports - box springs are not necessary, so I took them out and trashed them, but guess what - the "movers" never screwed/secured down the beams support system, just left them moving freely on the ground, and threw the box springs on top of them thinking I would probably never know... until one day when suddenly everything collapses down.
Conclusion: I had no issues with this website or it's staff, they did their part, but would definitely not recommend these "Strong Arm movers" to anyone.

The movers that did the job were excellent and very professional. They were fast and able to tightly packed the storage container with everything we had. The only thing is that my initial reservation was for 3 helpers and then only sent 2, which wouldn't be a problem except they still charged me the same price as 3 helpers.
