They were on time. They were polite. Worked hard. They had dolly's and a hand truck but no screwdriver so couldn't help put the vanity mirror on the vanity. I would use them again.

Steven and Melvin showed up on time, they were courteous, motivated, helpful and did an amazing job of getting everything moved including 'tetris'ing the small spaces (by that I mean getting a lot into a little space). Nothing daunted them and you can see the experience they have with moving tricky, big, heavy things. They are lifelong friends and you can really see that in their funny, warm relationship. We enjoyed their company and so appreciated their help.

Do not use these people!!! The supervisor dropped of 2 NEW employees and then left after helping unload our Harley. The employees were new and did NOT know what they were doing. They unloaded the truck ONE BOX AT A TIME!! There were dollies and people movers available for them to use yet they would unstack the stacked boxes and either rolled them or slid them down the truck where the other employee was waiting and he would carry it (again 1 box at a time) into the house. They dumped my refrigerator from the top of the ramp to the street where it is now unusable. The rolled the box that had my computer in it damaging the video slot in the mother board to where it is unusable now. PLUS it took these 2 "employees" 4 HOURS to unload a truck. We didn't need them to put anything together just unload the truck. They stacked my FRAGILE boxes upside down and did NOT help with the organization of them when they were brought into the house. After the refrigerator hit the street I called the supervisor and told him to get here IMMEDIATELY as these guys needed supervision. It took him 2 HOURS to show up. When I asked why it took so long he stated it was because he had to pick up other employees from a different area. The supervisor even said he would be back the next day to pick up and discard the unusable refrigerator - it has been 5 days and he still has not shown up.
DO NOT USE THEM - THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT TRAINED AND ARE EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT!!
