I was extremely disappointed with these movers. I confirmed in advance that they would be professional movers, skilled and knowledgable in the elemental principles of loading a truck and they proved to be neither. What is most concerning is that I was told that the two movers I was getting were among their best and personally trained by the owner, who proved to be as unhelpful as his movers.
They were punctual and that was about it. I had to have them partially unload the truck because they had not used the furniture pads or twine I had provided them. Clear examples of their incompetence was placing my metal lawn chair with it legs into my uncovered leather coffee table, placing my heavy bed frame on my unprotected leather couch, placing fragile boxes sideways and beneath heavier boxes. When I complained to the owner that his movers had placed unsupported heavy lawn chairs on the electronic display of my elliptical machine, he evaded the issue by stating that 'ellipticals can be tricky to pack'. In the end, I had to have friends unload the entire truck and reload it properly. Easy Breezy Moves damaged my property by not possessing simple common sense loading skills and I would never recommend their services, which was a great disappointment given their previous positive reviews.

Two two men who loaded the truck for me did a great job. They knew how to stack things to maximize the space and were very careful with all my things. They were friendly, polite and worked very hard the whole time. I would use them again.
