Had one item that was too large and heavy to take up the stairs. But instead of giving up the movers arranged to come back another day with more help. I was going leave the piece of furniture on the main floor, but I was told that they were here to please the customer. I would definitely refer them to others and use them again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
First if pre- packing items up pls make sure that it fragile items are security pack and wrap individually and labeled on the box as fragile and that every box or item is labeled with which room you would like that particular box item or piece of furniture. That makes for a smoothmove
