John and Rob were excellent. Great guys ,they care. We're very knowledgeable on moving heavy items. Careful, courteous,and timely. They did not rush to just get the job done. And moved everything perfectly. Would highly recommend this moving company and these two movers. They also called ahead of time and stayed in contact in regards to the move .

The movers arrived on time, were respectful and put as much of my belongings into the POD I ordered as they could possibly wedge into it. I ordered the 16 ft. POD (their largest). I would recommend them to anyone needing movers. The POD company did not include supplies I ordered, such as blankets, boxes and tape, so that hindered what the movers were able to do. This was not their fault. I'd strongly suggest anyone needing temporary storage to use the family-owned company called Units in Alabaster, AL.

They arrived within the one hour time window even though I had previously given them directions because gps isn't accurate so they got lost. It's a tricky place to get to.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Consider what Real Simple calls "the professional mover's secret weapon" - regular ol' packing paper, specifically unprinted newsprint. Its benefits are threefold: it's recyclable (unlike newsprint), won't smear ink on your belongings (unlike regular newspaper), and can be crumpled up to pad almost anything (unlike bread). Professional movers also recommend taping boxes up with brown packing tape - masking tape and duct tape don't stick to.
