The crew was not on time - about 1 1/2 hour late. They did call at one point to say they were in traffic.
They were not prepared for the job. They had no tools, and they had no knowledge of the handling of furniture.
They did keep physically moving and busy.
We were kind to them: We gave them pizza for lunch and as much bottled water as they wanted.
They were not respectful of our property and goods. They scratched and damaged furniture and never indicated any of it to us. They were not concerned.
I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them.

These guys were great! On-time, professional, and fast. They packed way more into the moving truck than I thought possible, and did it about twice as fast as I was expecting. A+ would use again.

Onyx Pearl Movers did an excellent job. They were on time and moved everything onto our rental truck efficiently. They did an excellent job of packing the truck. I drove the truck to the new location and they unloaded the truck and put everything exactly where we wanted it. They worked very hard and were respectful and courteous. We were quoted an estimated time to complete the job of 3 hours. They finished in an hour and a half. We made sure they had a dolly and moving pads. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arises. We are very satisfied.
