First, the boys were already tired from some other job when they reached and it showed up on their entire performance including one of them not feeling well or so.
Second, after some time they started saying if packing is involved then they generally need 3 persons and not 2. I have couple of times asked both HireAHelper and Dillards day before if they will do the packing and they agreed. It is not my problem if the contract has to be updated.
Third, when the boys entered they said it is a considerably easy job but later all the issues mentioned above in the Second paragraph.
Fourth, There were a couple of rest stops which almost accounted for an hour but that was not taken in to account during billing. This is also the reason that they were tired from a previous job. One of the examples was there was 20+ minutes of a stop at a gas station for a Koffee but that should have been accounted for.
Fifth, The Organization of items at the storage was not taken seriously. I asked before placing the items if we need a bigger room but they said no. But still, the things were not Organized to the fullest. Again I want the covers on my furniture to be retained but when they moved it from truck to storage all were torn and now it is lying there partially covered.
finally, the boys started being very lethargic at the end of the hours. I felt like they just wanted to run for another hour.
Honestly, I do similar moves due to my travel plans and this job was not as expected. I have completed the worst case from 3-4 hours previously. But now we were able to only move around 60-65% of the things and I need to call other helpers to move the remaining. I am very upset with the service.

Guys we’re great. Wrapped all my furniture very neatly, and made sure it was safe from any damage. They were on time and called when they were on they’re way and worked hard even having to go up and down 3 flights of stairs. Thanks!

The two guys showed up on time and ready to work. Both were very personable and hardworking. I would most definitely utilize Dillards and especially these two gentlemen again.

The gentlemen finished their prior appointment early and were willing to wait for me to be ready for them. They came prepared with dolly's, tape, and plastic wrap. They worked hard and were quite entertaining. They packed my belongings so well they didn't shift in the truck AT ALL and I drove up I-81 to DC. Would recommend!

They were late, arrival time was between 8-10, they got there at 10:30. The move started out good, the furniture was loaded into the truck, unfortunately the truck did not fit all of my items so several items were left at the original location. They were hired for 5 hours, when they arrived at the final location, I had everything labeled for each room. they put most furniture in the correct rooms, I stress most. I've had to move several items into the correct rooms though. And they simply dumped every box into one room so I had to then move them to the correct rooms. I've never had to do this with other movers. They also did not reassemble the beds, others will do this for you. After 4 hours, they said, we're done and left. Though I still was charged for 5! One of the movers was on the phone chatting through out. AND, I have a couple pieces of furniture with huge scratches and chips in them now. My boyfriend did give them a tip, but I would not have. I would not use them again.

Moving is very stressful, so knowing that you made that transition for them easier and to see the smiles on their faces makes it all worth it.
