The move and service was fine and professional. They moved everything I needed moved in a timely fashion. I would recommend that anyone who uses this service be sure to estimate the exact amount of time needed because the service is non-refundable for the hours not used (even if it's a significant amount of hours not used).

I am very pleased with the help I received using this online service. The gentlemen who came to my home arrived early and stayed until the work was complete, which took a few additional hours. Most importantly, they were very cognisant of their work and did a fantastic job carefully moving my furniture and packing it in such a way to avoid damage. I drove what they packed across the country and NOTHING was broken. I can't say enough how much I am pleased with their work. They were also very nice to work with and just professional in every way. Thank you for your great work!!!

The two gentlemen were punctual,courteous, and were very respectful of us and our possessions. The owner,Mr.Casey Short,called me to verify the date and ask questions pertinent to the job. Not ONE item shifted during the 520-mile trip to Washington DC. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend them to anyone in the Cincinnati/NKY area.

Excellent job. The guys showed up on time, and unloaded the truck with a great deal of care. No nicked walls or anything, and all furniture was set up without any problems.

Wow! I can't say enough about KC and his guys. They were professional, ontime. Due to circumstances caused by the MOVEX driver all our belongings did not fit on truck. KC went back (80miles one way) the next day with his own truck, loaded up all the rest of our stuff AND then cleaned up the garage when all of it was out. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I was very impressed with Short Moving and Storage. They were available on short notice, cared for my furniture and wood floors as though they were their own, and worked hard the entire time without trying to "milk the clock" (which is nice change from past experience with other companies...). As a professional with a busy schedule, it was refreshing to find a reasonably priced moving company that was also dependable and punctual. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others without any reservation at all.
