The helpers were courteous, on time and very pleasant to work with side by side. They offered suggestions about where to place my belongings and had many good ideas about ways to ensure there safety. They had a high regard to my things and handled them with the same amount of care that I do. I would highly recommend them.

Josh and Denver did a really good job. They were a little delayed from their previous job yet did call and let me know they were running late...very impressive as other companies don't. They even showed up a few minutes before they had estimated. They were very respectful of my property and goods and stayed until the work was done. Both were very respectful men.

The helpers were suppose to arrive between 9:00 am and 10:00 am and at 10:15 am they had not arrived yet and I had not received a phone call from anyone regarding their tardiness. I called the All N 1 moving number I had for San Diego, CA and asked where they were and they said that "Kadir" had just left and he would be there in 20 minutes and he would call me with an exact ETA. I waited 40 minutes and had not heard from anyone. I called the All N 1 office back and they said that they would call him again and have him call me. I received a phone call from a man (name not provided) 20 minutes later asking for directions off the 8 freeway. I gave him my address and asked him if he had a GPS system and he responded that his was broken. I gave him exact directions and he said he was getting off at "Lake Jennings" exit this was 2 minutes from my residence. He said he would be there shortly. Fifteen minutes go by and he should have been at my residence by then. I called him back at the number which called me. The man answers and says he is by the "Burger King" off of Lake Jennings which is 3 minutes from my residence. I told him he went the wrong way and gave him exact directions again. He assured me he knew where it was and told me he would be there soon. Another 20 minutes go by and I called him back. I asked him where he was and he told me they were getting off on "Alpine Blvd" in Alpine, CA. I then wondered if he had my address because I live in El Cajon, CA. I asked and he said yes. I again gave him exact directions to my residence from where he was. He should have been there in 15 minutes. He again assured me where it was and hung up. Another 30 minutes go by and I called him back and asked him where he is. He told me he was on "Wintergardens Rd" in Lakeside, CA. He should not have been any where near this. I gave him directions again and he arrives 30 minutes later. We wait outside of my condo as a car pulls up in front of my moving truck and no one gets out. After 5 minutes I call the number back and he answers as he is getting out of the car without urgency which is extremely rude and unprofessional as it is now 12:15 PM.
He was suppose to be there between 9 am and 10 am. He is not apologetic and walks into my residence and introduces himself as "Q" and the other helpers name I do not recall. The older man asked me to use my restroom immediately. I did not feel comfortable with a man who I can only recognize by a nickname of "Q". They get to work. After 1 hour he asks me if I have any water. After one more hour he tells me that they have not eaten anything today and they are starving because they have not had a lunch break. I offered them chocolate and a bag of chips which he took. I had a bicycle which needed to be loaded and I looked out my window and the older man was riding my hot pink bike around my condo complex.
This is extremely unprofessional and I am paying him by the hour to work and this is not working ! They finished at 6:00pm. This should have only take 3 hours maximum which should have been done by 1:00 PM at the latest if they would have shown up on time. I had to cancel another appointment which I was suppose to be at at 3:00 PM but could not leave because they were still loading. This cost me $150.00 because I missed my appointment. This put me an entire day behind schedule with moving. I had other responsibilities and obligations which I missed. As they were leaving he told me they were already a few hours late for their next job. This struck me as odd because there was no sense of urgency on their part at all throughout the day. I told them that they should go by Jack in the Box on the way out to get some food one of the men replied that he will but he does not have any money and therefore will be using his EBT card (welfare card) to pay. I did not know why he was telling me this and it seemed like he wanted me to give him more money which I did not and they left. When I went outside they had left their gatorade bottles on the side walk along with a bag of trash. I did not feel safe alone with these guys and they seemed dirty. They were extremely unprofessional.
They did not wrap or prepare any of my furniture to be stacked properly. They did not ask or inform me that they thought any of it needed to be wrapped. They put blankets over some things which I had. They did not arrive with any tools and asked if i had an Allan wrench to dissemble some items. They were not prepared at all. My furniture arrived today in the moving truck. Each piece of furniture if nicked, gouged or ripped. My leather couch has a 6 inch rip in the back of it. My wooden bed is gouged on every piece. My L shape wooden desk is completely ruined and is falling apart. They did not dissemble it correctly to pack. It is broken, scratched and gouged on every piece. My wooden dining room table with 4 wooden chairs are all gouged and scratched. My wooden night stand and dresser gouged and scratched. The boxes which clearly state FRAGILEon them were stacked with the heaviest boxes on top of them and were con-caved and broken when the moving truck was opened today. They did not properly stack these boxes or furniture. It was all thrown in there without care. This is all in my storage facility and I have pictures of these items. I have not opened the boxes yet and therefore do not know if these items are broken but can provide this at a later date. I would not recommend this company to anyone and cannot believe that anyone would hire these people to work for them. I still don't know who Kadir is. I hired this company off reviews and trusted they were good. I feel like all of my belongings were treated as trash and which now look like trash. All of these items were brand new without a scratch and now all of the contents of my residence are ruined. I felt like I was in the twilight zone with these people in my house touching my things.
I did not feel safe at all and as a single woman alone with 2 strange men coming into her residence this is extremely important. My late grand fathers belonging are in the crushed boxes that say "Fragile" on them and these are irreplaceable. I cannot believe anyone would hire them to do this important job and having peoples invaluable possessions in their hands. I feel robbed. If I had more time I would have not let these people in my residence to move just based on being 2 hours late and then the day just kept getting worse. I have pictures of all of these destroyed items. Which I will provide when someone contacts me. I do not see a way to upload them here. This has made this moving experience a disaster.

The guys were polite and worked hard but they were tired from a long day at the location before us. They were 3 hours late because scheduling was not done right. They did call to warn us a couple of times.

All N1 Moving labor helped us out on our move day. They were available for questions ahead of time and were kind enough to change our move time to the next day when our moving truck broke down en route.
The movers were about a half-an-hour late, but didn't start charging for time until they arrived. The movers were mostly efficient and completed the move in just a little over the time allotted. They didn't charge us for the extra 15 or 20 minutes for the move though, so that was nice.
Our primary suggestion for improvement would to be a bit more professional. They might have been a bit more careful with out stuff and the building we moved into as well as being a bit more careful about language and comments made in front of us and our neighbors.
Overall, solid work for the amount charged.
