They were 1 1/2 hours late. Then they threw my belongings in the truck and refused to use any of the $160 worth of blankets I bought. They lied and said they would cover them in the truck. One mover flushed one of my toilets that was obviously broken (the tank top was on the toilet seat). He flooded my entire apartment before noticing the inch or two of water on the floors. He spent the next 40 minutes sweeping up the water. Then these guys used nearly all my blankets to sop up the water! I had bought lots of rope to anchor my furniture to the walls of the truck. They refused to tie anything down. And argued with me about it. As if that wasn’t enough they insisted it would take till 8:00 at night to pack my stuff unless I paid an additional $200 Cash on top of the $216 I already paid. I am absolutely livid at the treatment I received. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! A nightmare experience!! I was told by my neighbor that my expensive chandeliers we’re not packed the way I asked and were simply tossed in. Also they refused to use the mattress covers I purchased and slid them on the dirty floor! And a friend who was visiting had her purse “packed somewhere” in my stuff. I hope when the truck is unpacked the purse turns up! If not I will file theft charges with the police!! I am so mad about this entire experience! These people need to find another job!

They communicated with us and we understood that they were running just a bit behind. No big deal. When they arrived, shoo buddy, they got to work. We had scheduled 4 men for 4 hours and and they finished in less than an HOUR. We were extremely impressed and would definitely use them again!
