These guys were great overall. Although they arrived well past the scheduled time, they did call to let us know that they would be late. Fortunately our schedule could accommodate this shift in plans. Once on site, they got right to it and got it done in no time. We're glad to have found Hire a Helper!

The guys were great. 3 guys Loaded a 24' truck in 4 hours and filled it solid all the way through. They were efficient and hard working. They also were careful and did not damage the house or the items loaded. They were about 3 hours late but it gave me more time to prepare so I didn't mind. If I have to move again, I will definitely use their services.

George and Antoine were very hard workers. They called to say they were delayed a few minutes by their earlier job. Arrived when they said they would. They were very respectful of our property. Worked hard to pack some specialty items and moved everything we requested into the PODS container. I was a little confused about whether they brought their own packing materials. They do not. We would definitely use them again.

The Lewis Moving Company guys did a great job moving my heavy furniture from a shipping container and in to my house and up the stairs to the bed rooms. I was flexible with my arrival time, and they fit me in (in Oakley, CA) between jobs in Sacramento and Oakland.
They called on their way here from Sacramento and said they would arrive in 45 minutes, which gave me time to unlock the containers and get things ready.
If you have heavy stuff to move, these guys are good guys to hire.
They worked quickly and efficiently and finished in under 2 hours.

they were late, when called they said that my appointment was at three PM instead of the agreed upon 8 to 9am. They did show up about one hour late.
They did do a good job once they got there.They were very respectful and worked hard, no complaints once they were here.
