Lewis Moving Company is great! They were extremely professional and made sure to be gentle with my belongings. They were right on time and called ahead to let me know when they were within 25 minutes of my home. Antoine and George were very polite and they were HARD workers. They worked efficiently and packed my things with care and concern. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company! The third POD: I have been an employer for many years. It is a pleasure when a vendor exceeds your expectations. The team from Lewis Moving came on time, ready to work--and work hard. I was in a real time crunch, and they handled my furniture and my concerns in a careful and timely way. I cannot get over how tightly everything was packed and all available space in the POD was filled. I am sure their knowledgeable packing saved me money and prevented possible breakage. I recommend Lewis Moving--my experience was a very good one.

For the First POD: Lewis moving supplied three men to fill the POD. They were 1/2 hour early, they work hard and have the attitude that says, "Don't worry." When I thought they should do something one way, they said, "OK". I soon learned that they wrapped and protected my furniture, and still packed the tightest POD I have ever seen. I iade reservations for my second POD.
Since I did not get a review for the first POD, I am combining the two into one review. Again, they were right on time. The team work ethic is the best excellent. I have made a third reservation and recommended Lewis Moving to the buyers of my home, and given their contact information to two of my neighbors who asked if I could refer Lewis Moving. The answer is, "Without reservation!"

Really impressed. They did all we needed in a much shorter time frame than we'd anticipated. They showed up on time, very clear comprehension of our instructions about the task and got the job done without damaging anything. They are definitely being called when we move again, no question.

These guys were great. Showed up on time worked tirelessly the whole 3 hours we hired them. They took great care with our furniture and did an excellent job packing the POD container. They were polite and respectful and simply pleasant to be around. I'd definitely recommend them for your moving needs

The "moving company" did not know how to properly load a moving trailer. In order for a shipment to arrive in tact to its destination, the trailer needs to be loaded side-to-side, not front-to-back. A side-to-side load ensures that the goods cannot shift in transit. Our trailer was loaded front-to-back and the entire shipment fell forward and broke the bulkhead that was in place. All of our goods where properly packaged ourselves, the hired crew was instructed to bring a loading dolly. When the crew showed up, there was no dolly. They didn't load heavy boxes and items on the bottom. The flatscreen television was loaded on top of the shipment which shifted and fell forward and then was crushed by other heavy boxes. Our artwork was damaged as it was not properly loaded, just thrown on top of the rest of the boxes and once the load shifted, other furniture and boxes fell forward to crush and damage the artwork. We provided tie down twine for the crew to use (they didn't bring any of their own) and they didn't use it. Do not use Lewis Moving Company if you want your goods to be loaded correctly and arrive undamaged.

They were very good to get the job done. They come on time, started the job right away and finish with in 2.5 hours. They had a lot of heavy furniture to lift from a Pod and managed to do it with two men. I would recommend them and use them again anytime.
I have used them twice now and think that they are worth working with. Very kind and pleasent to work with.

They loaded everything in the 2 hours I paid for and were very careful with my things. I drove a truck an hour and when I got there everything was stable and unharmed. They clearly knew what they were doing. They were courteous and very nice. Id definetely use them again and recommend them.
