We needed help the very next day, booked the service online in the afternoon, got response within the hour and the following morning two guys were there ready to work. Those two guys that came to the house were prompt, efficient, friendly, and very courteous. I would use them again in a flash and recommend them to others looking for help. Problem solved!!

They told me a day and time but kept calling with delays had to pay for extra day for a u-haul truck because if it . BROKE my bed and then told me I can buy wood glue to fix it because it was on the inside. I then said I have gorilla glue he said even better. I was told they would have everything (tools straps ) well I had to send my daughter to Buy the things to tie my furniture down with. They took 1 bed frame down to the truck together I would never use them again My stuff was Already packed and wrapped 2 bedrooms ready to go and it took them 5 HOURS

Overall, the loading of our truck itself was ok. The guys who did it loaded the truck quickly, efficiently and without breaking stuff. That said, it was about six and a half hours late. Due to weather, the initial timeframe was delayed about 2 hours. But, it took me calling to find out about it. Then, I was repeatedly told "just another hour or so" a couple of times. Delays kept mounting and a 1-2pm move became a 7:45pm move. The communication during this process was lacking, to say the least. At one point, I was told that my phone number got lost, so it was a good thing I called to check. As you'll know when you're moving, loading the truck is half the battle - once that ends, you still have to clean, get the odds and ends and what not. It was 1:30pm before we finished all of that, when the movers finished at 9:45pm. Disappointing to say the least. Thankfully, Hire a Helper did a wonderful job advocating on my behalf and helped us get an appropriate refund for the very inconvenient delays.

Steve and Scott arrived on time and with a very professional attitude. The guys worked tirelessly for the two hours we originally hired them for. Scott was amazing at keeping track with me on the inventory of the container. Steve was such a help to my husband. I would most definitely recommend this company and their prices were the best of all the companies. Thanks guys for a fantastic job.
