My wife Jadhken and I bought MoveBright in February 2020. When we were presented with the opportunity to purchase the company, we thought it was too good to be true. The former owners built a reputable moving company that stood out among the competition and we were given a chance to sustain and grow MoveBright into the premier moving company in Northeast Florida. The decision for us was a simple one and so after more than 20 years in the customer service and sales industry, we made the leap into small business ownership.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After a customer books with us, they can expect a superior moving service provided by professional and capable team members.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, the customer will receive a team of highly qualified and trained professional movers who will provide excellent customer service from start to finish.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If any changes have been made to your move since your initial estimate, please notify MoveBright immediately, i.e. not packed up and need assistance packing, decided to pack yourself and no longer need packing, etc. Secure all small and valuable items such as jewelry, money, coins, papers, medications etc. Put your keys, remote controls and checkbook where you can find them. Pack all essential items PRIOR to movers arriving. Unhook appliances If possible, dismount all Tv's, pictures & mirrors.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Each crew member is trained in the "MoveBright Way". Each team member is expected to learn our special way of packing, loading, and communicating with customers to ensure a satisfactory conclusion. This is achieved by our team members training with various Foreman once hired to best equip them for every type of move.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We cannot guarantee availability beyond the pre-booked time.
