We follow our Quality Checklist below: 1. Arrive on time with specified crew size ! 2. Set tools and dollies out in customer view. (even if they aren’t needed) 3. Greet customer. 4. Ask customer to do a walk through and provide instructions on what is needed. 5. Load tightly, side to side, bottom to top. 6. Use all pads and tie downs provided.
