They put a microwave on top of a table in middle of the container with room to fall on the floor, which kind of sums up my review! So Before i have the POD moved I need to first get someone else to help
Me rearrange my stuff so to better secure items, which totally sucks! For the money I paid, I was expecting more professional efficient services! I will not use your services again.
The guys have been doing this for so long. But it was you telling them how you wanted them to load the pod. They let you know they have loaded pods plenty of times. But you wanted it loaded the way you wanted it. So they did what you wanted. It had nothing to do with us.

Jeremy and Jason did a good job, unfortunately Jeremy was miss informed on how the payment for their services truly works. Customers Beware..."IF" the helpers do not stay the full time you paid for, you will NOT receive a credit back for any unused time. In other words; If you book the helpers for 4 hours and they get done in 2 You will NOT receive a credit back for the 2 un-worked hours! Plus good luck getting the company on the phone to discuss payment with you.
