Musa and his team did a wonderful job. Even though I was almost late to meeting my arrival window, they made the best of their time and got all my stuff unpacked in a very efficient and thorough manner. The crew was respectful and very easy to coordinate with. I will be booking directly with them next time.

Musa and team provided an amazing service and handled my belongings with care. They communicated clear expectations for each load. I will certainly recommend them to everyone!

Movedayhelp.com did an absolutely incredible job. Timely, professional, and kind. They efficiently emptied my apartment and moved everything into my truck. They did a wonderful job wrapping my furniture to keep it safe and packed my truck in a manner so that all of my belongings would arrive intact at my new apartment--which they very much did! I fully recommend hiring them!

Had a great experience with these movers. They were on time and were very friendly and nice. They had to move our stuff from a POD up 3 flights of stairs. They did an amazing job and in a very timely manner. I would highly, highly recommend these movers. I would definitely use them again. They made our move which should have been stressful, non-stressful. I appreciate that!

Professional, organized, hardworking, understanding, and flexible. Would rehire again. Straightforward and responsive as well. They understand the difficulties of moving in congested neighborhoods and handle everything with a positive attitude.

I don’t even know where to begin. Not great. Move very slow. It was a difficult job I can appreciate that, but it was very very slow by anyone’s standards. Owner wasn’t accommodating but just kept telling me how I was wrong. My floors were a mess after they were done. Scratches and divets. Didn’t finish the job. Stress filled day.
Be well!

TWO bedroom home took two movers 5 HOURS to pack and load only HALF of my furniture into a 20 foot Uhual. Bed railings. tops of disassembled tables, headboards and foot boards, chairs, and box spring to one mattres and mattress to one box spring did not make in on the truck. After they left me and my son had to load what we could on the truck. It was not packed tight at all according to the movers that unloaded. The unloading movers could not assemble most of my furniture because half of the pieces to each piece of furniture was missing the tops to the table. In order to have these pieces assembled I will have to pay for another trip. After the movers unloaded the truck me and my son had to make another trip with the uhaul to get the remaining pieces of furniture, costing more time and money.
I should have realized from the moment the movers began moving only one bend or three shoe boxes per trip to the 20 foot uhaul that they were in the business of wasting my time and money. One hour was spent on loading bends and another was spent on disassembling a coffee table in which they broke as I watched them do it. They spent 20 minutes discussing how they plan to get the china closet which was about 6 feet from the door out of the house into the truck. After two hours I was disgusted but I was left in a position two days before thanksgiving to deal with it. Once Mousa the lead of the two packing up my home realized I was not happy with the service he got very upset and unprofessional. So now he's upset that I'm not satisfied to say the least with their service. His response I have a lot of house! Two bedroom home took 2 movers 5 hours!!!!
It seems two hours would be enough to pack up essentially two bedrooms and two tables, 15 to 20 bends already packed and labeled by myself.
After 4 hours of service I thought they in good faith stayed extra to move what should have been done already. No after 40 to 45 minutes went by Mousa asked how we wanted to pay him?? Cash, venmo, cash app. my son cash app him 60 dollars on top of everything. These so called movers are the worst ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
~1. Plan ahead...then, plan some more. Preparing for a move is more difficult then most people assume. With so many moving parts involved, it’s a good idea to create a week by week moving schedule, to help stay on task.
~2. Declutter. Take advantage of your upcoming move, to get rid of things you will not be taking with you to your new home. Moving is labor intensive, enough - even for seasoned professionals. Having to navigate through clutter, and other unwanted items, adds stress and time to the moving process. Host a yard sale (which could help you save or make extra money), donate, or have junk haulers come through, the day before.
~3. Don’t rush the moving process. (1), No two moves are alike, and (2), caring for your belongings takes time. With that said, a move can take longer than anticipated, for a host of reasons.
~4. Try to have the right size truck for your move. This can be difficult to do, if your move is last-minute, but it will make all the difference.
