They were flexible with start time when we had last minute issues getting the truck we reserved. They were fast, extremely efficient. Required little to no direction from me or my husband. Very professional. We ended up getting a truck that was too small. They loaded up our truck with more items than we imagined would fit and did so in the allotted time. They are expert packers. I would definitely recommend them

Howard led the team including Shawn which exceeded my expectations for a job well done. They arrived as scheduled and did the job 30-45 min quicker than I had anticipated. Extremely professional, courteous, and respectful to my wife and I as well as our belongings.

Howard and Sean arrived on time. They were conscientious workers and had our truck packed in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend this service.

Howard and Sean were absolutely OUTSTANDING! Upon arrival they introduced themselves to my husband and me. Then, they immediately asked to be shown what needed to be packed. Both of them were VERY professional and extremely careful with our property. They worked non-stop and when finished asked if there was anything else they could do. Most importantly and amazingly, they packed our U-haul truck tight as a drum to include tying down items that could become loose. When they finished, we had HALF a truck left for filling!!! We originally thought the truck was not going to hold all of the items we had ready for loading. Additionally, when one of the top pieces of our German schränk had a side come loose while Sean and Howard were lifting it, Howard immediately brought the matter to our attention and offered his own tools for us to use in fixing the loose side.
There are not words adequate enough to express our sincere appreciation for all of the hard work Howard and Sean did without complaint. Both gentlemen were kind and respectful. The company which employs them is definitely fortunate to have such model employees working for them.
Lastly, I would like to send a shoutout to Brandon who contacted me (1) to see if I had any questions or concerns shortly after I made my reservation; (2) to reconfirm the job the day prior; and (3) to let me know that Howard and Sean were running behind on the job right before ours, but would arrive as quickly as possible.
Definitely, use hire-a-helper when moving yourself.

The two guys showed up promptly. They were very friendly and ready to work. They got everything done in a record amount of time. They were quick to get the job done. I am very thankful that I chose to get a couple helpers. It really saved me.

Outstanding Job!!!! The 2 gentlemen were great. I use the word gentlemen, because they were and more than just movers. They arrived early, did a complete walk thru of the house to understand what needed to be moved and where everything was going to be placed. Every piece of furniture was carried with care and they made sure all were placed exactly where we asked them to set the furniture. When finished, they again asked if all was ok, cleaned up every piece of trash and made sure we were happy with their work. They treated us as family and the furniture as if it was their own.
