they called to confirm and called when they were 30 minutes away too, and arrived on time, ready and able to work with a get it done approach. They helped me take care to pack and secure trailer and smiled throughout the job! Yes, i would use them again.

Pros: They arrived on time, were very professional, and made great use of the time we paid for. Great value for the money!
Cons: They broke a display stand, scratched & dented a coffee table, Banged up my stainless steel refrigerator and put scratches/dings on the walls. The only damage that I'm really concerned with is the refrigerator. I called our contact David who said that he would try to have it repaired or replace the door. We'll see.
Overall: These guys are inexpensive and quick. I was not thrilled with the damage but I was with their attitudes about it. Give them a shot, I don't think you'd be disappointed (just take extra time to wrap your stuff up). I would also use them again without hesitation.

No, they were not on time. I requested 9 a.m., they said they needed an hour window which meant latest of 10 a.m. They got her around 11:30 a.m. Once they finally got here and got started, I have complaints. However, their tardiness was extremely unprofessional and unimpressive and I will not use them again, nor will I recommended them.

They were great! I thought it would take at least 2-3 hours to unload everything. They did it in about 40 minutes. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend.

David and Chris were a HUGE help to me for my recent move. When I originally booked them, David quickly called and put all worries to rest. He was professional, courteous and helpful in explaining the process of using the service. I briefly explained the job and he said it would be no problem. When the day of the move arrived, David called me early in the morning to tell me he was on his way. When they arrived, he and Chris looked over our possessions and determined the best way to pack the truck. They quickly got started and in the 2 hours we scheduled, they had it all loaded. They were fast but careful. They were both personable and a pleasure to work with. In talking with David and Chris could tell they truly enjoyed their work and in helping others. I would recommend Turbo Movers without hesitation. These guys are great movers and great people. 5 stars +

Very respectful & well-mannered guys. They were late for our scheduled time & seemed to lack a sense of urgency. Nice guys, got the job done, but probably wouldn't use again.
