Al's moving and Labor showed up on time, provided critical moving advice, friendly service, and also provided additional packing supplies as needed. I would recommend them.

Al was OK, but not sufficiently able to deal with valuable furniture. He moved and carried items by the legs rather than the broader surface, so I am sure that joints were were weakened. Do not consider hiring them for moving valuable goods of any kind. They just do not have the experience necessary to understand what is junk and what is valuable. The whole process was hugely stressful.
Anthony was pretty much useless and more interested in responding to his text messages than being helpful to problem solve.
Al did not arrive with tape, rope, tools... to deal with even the most of minor glitches. He had plenty of excuses for everything, but it did not make the unloading easy at all.
I do not recommend this moving company. Al was OK , so he gets a C grade, but Anthony was an F. I would never use their services ever again.
Once we started to open the door the load had shifted from the ride from Cleveland Ohio to Madison Wisconsin. The loaders who loaded Mrs. Ursula truck didn't use any rope or tie down for there load. I had brought our tool bag which Mrs.Ursula husband asks do we have a crowbar so we could try and loosen the tension from the furniture that was up against the door, so we could open it.
Once we start to unload the truck it started raining through most of the unload and we didn't use the ramp because it was wet and it was better to unload the truck without the ramp. Andrew and i carried all of Mrs.Ursula Furniture into the storage from the truck because she had very nice furniture and we did not want to ruin it with any of our two-wheel dollies.
We were ask to cover the tops of all there Furniture so we could load on top of the furniture. Andrew and i handled Mrs.Ursula furniture with care and didn't damage none of her furniture.
The loading crew had scratched their furniture and weakened their legs and Mrs Ursula and her husband was shown each piece that was damaged before we brought the furniture off the truck and Mrs.Ursula and her husband took pictures of the damages.
We also brought two wheel dollies, four wheel dollies, tools and orange cones so for the unload we had everything that was needed for the unload.
So from our service authorizations Mrs Ursula had a very good unload.
Also Andrew was listening to his music from he's phone, not talking on the phone.
Sorry Mrs.Ursula missed our great moving experience we gave her.

From an early arrival to a strong work team, Al and Andrew did amazing! They were very kind and personable, and communicated effectively throughout the move with us, making sure we had everything done and complete before they finished. Would definitely call again!

I was very impressed with Al's Moving Service. They were on time and were able to stay an extra hour to finish the job. They brought all supplies promised and put in a lot of hard work. We're still in the process of unpacking but they did a great job wrapping all our furniture so nothing was damaged. They packed our truck very well and I was happy with the value of their work.

NO SHOW>>> THEY WERE TO BE HERE AT ELEVAN AM _ THAT TURNED TO ONE PM _ THAT TURNED TO FOUR PM _ THAT TURNED TO NO SHOW AND A NEED FOR AN ALTERNATIVE OPTION
on providing unloading service' to our customer. Do to moving jobs from the day before, our customer schedule move had been push back a couple hrs and the customer was noitfy as soon as our company found out we would not be there on time.
The customer was upset and angry and didn't care of the situation our company was in.
Our company didn't reject the move, hireahelper found another provider via / customer request.

I cannot thank Al, Chris and Darius enough for their invaluable help with my move today. They busted their backs lifting all of our very heavy rustic furniture. They took the initiative to wrap and protect our belongings and packed our POD like an expert fitting and maneuvering things into the most efficient use of space.
