They were prepared and prompt. They followed instructions and assisted where requested but it was no stellar service. The rating is not reflective of the movers but the tool they use to pay for service which is not convenient and has horrendous problems.

On a side note I don't think your service "HireaHelper" is not worth the service fee's charged. For both the payment issues and value we received I would not recommend the service again unless going through Easy Breezy directly.

It was a stressful time for us, but I wasn't as impressed as the previous time we hired them. They left a large hole in our wall and many small holes/dents in the wall going to the lower level as they attempted to get couch downstairs and it didn't work anyway. I had referred a friend to the company and instead of a thank you for the referral/ business, the first thing they said was basically, "thanks a lot" sarcastically as the job was a big one.
I still appreciated the help and everything else went ok. Emily is always so friendly and responsive- this is such an important part of the business and the first impression

Thank you for taking the time to give us this review. It is important to note that the crew made it quite clear before taking the couch downstairs that there was no way it was going to make it without creating damage to the walls. Kirsten was not on the property during this time as the crew was told to attempt to get it downstairs ANYWAYS by her husband despite the warning of damage. We are always grateful for referrals and make it a point to say thank you to our wonderful customers.

They were courteous and efficient. The only concern was that they did not pack the POD all the way to the top the entire length of the POD. Since we were not quite done packing, there was little to no room at the end, because the POD was only packed 6-7 feet high for the last 12 feet of the POD, instead of going to the full height (8 feet).

Thank you for the 4 star review Eric! Our crew was only aware of a few misc items that needed to be added by you after they had completed their part which they left more then enough space for. The POD was packed exactly the way it needed to be in order to keep everything safe during shipment as those containers are picked up and tipped back in precarious ways. Had the crew been aware that you needed more space then indicated upon their arrival, they would have made sure it was available.

The guys were on time and ready to work. They were 10 out of 10 for truck packing and really careful with our stuff. They really made our move go as easy as it could go. I would absolutely use them again.

Mike and Sam, Our easy breezy movers were AMAZING. They worked hare and efficiently, were very careful with our stuff, and packed our pods both compactly and securely so stuff wouldnt slide around.
