Threw things unto truck and had to hire someone else to come unload and repack all belongings.
This helper was late, dropped furniture, crew of 2 stopped frequently for smoke breaks, did not have proper needed equipment so could not move certain items, dropped several items, tracked in mud attempted to charge more and demanded tip.

Awesome move Houston was on time. Very hard working and took the time to protect my property and goods from damage. The lead person was very courteous and friendly.
Awesome move Houston could use more experience in working efficiently. Assessing job first knowing full well difficult rooms to maneuver large items and doing them first would speed up unloading and more time to place items where owner needs them.
Yes, i would use them again, because i think they'll get better in time.

These guys really get the job done efficiantly and in a timely manner. Very friendly and professional. The unloaded a 26' Uhaul and were very methodical about how they put everything in storage. Very neatly packed and handled everything with great care. I will be using them again and strongly recommend their service!

I can’t explain how disappointed and upset I am. This company damaged very expensive furniture promising to file a claim to have it repaired. My husband and I was trying to support a new up and coming business but the professionalism was very poor. The owner was at every visit talking and having personal conversations on our time and not working to complete the job in a timely manner. I witnessed the owner dragging our furniture on concrete. I will not recommend this company at all. Please if you care about your valuables try someone else. We are also new to the area and was disappointed in the treatment. We will be taking legal action to get compensated!!!!!

Mover's response:

One we did communicate with you and told you that we are waiting for our insurance company to back with us about the claim. Most claim take up to two to six weeks. I also informed you they had to do investigation for the claim. We even gave you a discount for your move as well to compensate you. In for as not finishing the job on time you told us you had two pods then when we get there you tell us you have another pod delivered the next day. Not to mention you booked us to for two hours and we stay on 20 minutes over be cause you asked us to. Which in the policy it states we don’t Guarantee additional hours. We already apologized more then once for your entertainment center for being Scratched and like said stay when you asked and give you a discount on your move and gave the next day and help you with other pod which we didn’t have to do. Then you tired to book us for a third which because we lost a key person we could not do and we currently on a move the day you where trying to book us we could make it which we contacted you in informed you about. That being said if you really didn’t like someone service the first time don’t book them a second and third time. We have good people on our team and we try our best to make every customer experience a great. We want everyone to feel like this is their home. We do feel deeply sorry for your lost and we still hope we can do something about your furniture. But don’t put lies on my reviews if you going to say something say the truth

Jesse the owner did a relatively descent job. He was strong and pretty much knew what he was doing. His helper left a lot to be desired though. He kept dropping boxes repeatedly and did not seem to notice the fragile stickers on the boxes. He was also clumsy and hit into freshly painted walls. I'm still unpacking and was going to wait to give this review until than but changed my mind. So far I had one fatality but still have a long way to go. I would strongly suggest Jesse get rid of his helper and get someone else.
