Communication with Jerome getting the move set up was excellent. The moving guys- Curly and Derrick- were great! They were on time (even a few minutes early), very careful with all of our stuff and were very efficient. 110% recommend them and Stack in the Box.

The contractors they hired were supposed to show up at 7am. We had booked them early because we had a 12:40pm flight. They arrived at 9:30am! Yes, we got a discount for our troubles but 20% discount doesn’t cover the issues we had to go through to get everything done. We used this company Friday as well in New Caney and had the same issue! They were scheduled at 2pm and arrived at 4:45pm.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
2-day prior confirmation Free disassembly and reassembly. You also get to watch use play Tetris with furniture.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If at all possible put items in boxes and tape them closed flat. Please notify the crew of any specialty items prior to the move date (Load/Unload).
What types of moves have you handled?
We service local, in-home, intrastate, interstate, office moves and senior citizens relocations.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people from different walks of life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Common sense training; ergonomic training....making less steps gets more done. We are attentive to the customer’s belongings.
