I have had three moves in the last eight weeks. During that time, I have had two great teams in Texas and the Master Elite Movers in Georgia. I have also had other very bad teams in Utah and Georgia. I am amazed at the energy level expressed by Master Elite Movers and the care for our belongings. They are amazing. If I had moves scheduled this year, they would all be with Master Elite Movers

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Tyrees or Londyn will contact you when one is available for confirmation of your move. Also to ensure the details of the job as well as the customers' acknowledgment to be well prepared for the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On time arrival, efficient and friendly service, professionalism.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have all the items that you've decided to be boxed ready to go. Have moving blankets/pads for movers to wrap items that are wood, glass or fragile. Tape, Bubble wrap and wrapping paper is always recommended for packing. Straps/ties/rope always recommended for loading, especially if the area has any hills or slopes.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, long distance, residential (houses/apartments), company (offices, warehouses), Rearrangements of all sorts. Packing/unpacking, piano moves, furniture assembly, senior moves. Storage unit help.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Getting to travel and come across many different areas as well as interacting and being of service to every customer that we help.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Hands on training with handling furniture and moving equipment. Detailed information through coaching to understand our mission which is to provide excellent service to all clients. Also further educating the Master Elite way on how always learning new ways of being professional and courteous can give our clients a sense of relief and comfort.
