We are On time, efficient, careful & courteous. We do not charge for stairs. You will receive a 5 star service on every move. We send some the best movers into your home,that are careful with your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Nice guys but had a couple of challenges with my move today that makes me only able to give two stars. First, my arrival window was 11-12pm. They showed up at 12:30. And I didn’t hear from them until I reached out to them to find out where they were. They came straight from another job which ran late. Not their fault but better planning and a time cushion could have helped. When they got here at 12:30 they were so tired from the first move and kept needing to rest. I would need to rest too if I had just done another move but then don’t schedule two back to back. Second, because they were so tired when they tried to get my couch up the stairs as soon as it got tricky they gave up and asked if I had a contingency plan. Third, they didn’t help assemble the bed or put anything in the rooms I wanted. Fourth, the movers that were moving people in to my old apartment offered to help with the couch after these guys left and got the couch up without a problem. Meaning had those other movers not been there my couch would have ended up curbside and I would have had to buy a new couch. Nice guys and if you’re their first move of the day it might have been better but I unfortunately did not have an experience in which I’d recommend them. The movers that did end up getting the couch up to my new apartment were Tommy’s Movers from Hoboken.
