The owner of Recession Proof Services was responsive to my moving needs; he went out of his way to assist in preparing for the move (came one day in advance to move furniture that was to be donated) which facilitated the process on moving day. He and his team were personable and helpful; he made several follow up phone calls to coordinate the move.
What I was extremely dissatisfied with was the final bill for the loading effort. I was led to believe the "estimate" (2 men for 3 hours) provided through the website was the total expense that I had committed to -- although there was a mention of an additional $70 per hour cost it was not made clear that this was going to be a factor with my move. When it was all said and done the bill was double what I had understood would be the "final" cost as noted in the email I received.
The providers need to submit a better estimate of the move requirements in advance of the move date and communicate that in writing to the customer. What started as a positive experience ended on a negative note. I was very disappointed in how this was handled.

Frank and his helper were very professional and did a superb job packing and protecting our belongings for a long move. Without his help there is no way we would have fit everything in the moving truck. All of our fragile belongings made it safe and sound. I highly recommend Recession Proof Services.

Where do I begin from the moment they started I felt at ease! They were professional and beyond courteous. The owner and crew made sure all my things were packed and moved carefully like it was their own! Thanks GUYS!!!! I would recommend them to anyone. I wa panicked because I scheduled them a day before my move and the owner assured me from the very first phone call and stayed in touch w/me to schedule all my needs. These goys are one of a kind!!!

These two helpers were incredible! They arrived on time and had pulleys, straps, blankets... all the things we did not prepare for. Both workers were gentlemen and very respectful, they worked hard, had good ideas on how to load and store our furnishings and treated all items as if they were their own In a heartbeat I would hire these men again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of help with moving.
