The guys were incredible .! Fast diligent and very professional , they never even took a break . We expected the job to take 6 hours . They did it in 3 . Amazing . These guys were so good I have asked for them to unload as soon I as I move into my new house . I would strongly recommend the team . Simply the best !!!’

Were they on time? No they were about 45 minutes late.
Were they prepared for the job? Not really had to supply them some tools.
Did they work hard? Yes
Were they respectful of your property and goods? Yes of our property and no on our goods. I don’t move often first time hiring a crew to load a truck. A 6 year old could have done a better job. I wish I could have been at the truck to watch how they loaded it I supplied 24 ratcheting straps which they told me we needed to secure rows of goods they used only 2 of them. There were boxes marked fragile that were on the floor of the truck with much heavier items on top. We had totes full of pictures, Halloween, and Christmas good almost every tote was smashed out upside down and contents spilled out. Family pictures were scattered all over the place. One of our bookcase’s was broken. Wardrobe boxes were crushed from stacking heavier items on top. I could go on and on. LeDoux Moving is a definite DO NOT USE unless you like smashed furniture.
Would you use them again? Never and I recommend hire a helper do a serious audit of this vendor.

These guys moved all my stuff including a difficult move of a heavy couch down a tight flight of stairs.....great job !!

The guys were very friendly and careful with my belongings. The items were stacked and arranged neatly in the moving truck for the long drive.

The guys did a really good job, but the end part where I was going to tip them was a little strange to me and I wasn't very comfortable. They said not to leave the tip through the app because 'they did not work for LeDoux Moving Solutions,' which I found strange since that is who I booked. When I asked how I could tip them, they asked if I had a debit card, and when I said yes, they said they could follow me out to a gas station. That just didn't sit right with me. Not to mention, I was driving a massive U-Haul and I wasn't comfortable just cruising around to find an ATM. All in all, they did a really good job - it was just the tip process that made me uncomfortable.

This team was so amazing to work with and really were a joy to hire! They had me done with in 2hrs and were experts are orcastrating 3 flights of stairs!
Lets say they were so good and affordable that 3 months later I'm rehiring them right now to move me back out of the same apartment! (Terrible property mgmt, but great mover team!!!)

These two men did a great job of moving us out of our basement. Arrived on time, warm and friendly, worked systematically and never slowed down. I hope they are available when the basement work is done.
