They were fantastic. On time, packed A 3 bedroom house in less than 2 hours And for everything with a little room to spare. Would hire anytime and will refer to others. Awesome job!!!

My movers were supposed to arrive from 12-1. They showed up right after 1:00. I asked them to move the big items into the pod first and one of the men told me that they are going to pack the pod the way they want to because they have a specific process he follows. They came into my apartment without a mask on and I asked one of them if they could please wear masks. He said that it was too hot for them to wear masks and it wasn’t logical because they would be sweating. I was very uncomfortable by this and waited by my car for the entire 2 hours they were here. I went in to check on things once and one of the men started talking to me and included racist remarks and comments. Topics like praising older actors for doing blackface and how he feels that he should be able to call a black person “colored” and how he is too confused with the world today as to why that is unacceptable. I felt that is was very unprofessional AND the other man that was with him was a younger black man. The 2nd man was very kind, handled my items well and I had no issues. One of my book shelves was also broken in the process and the first guy said that it could be fixed easily once I get to my next location. My next location is out of state and they did not offer to pay for a replacement or to get it fixed. I would not recommend this one man that came. Maybe if it was someone else I would have had a better experience. Again, the 2nd younger guy was great and I had no issues with any part of the move from him.

Me and my partner just moved today from Miami to the Orlando area and decided last minute to hire a helper, due to being exhausted from packing our truck. While we hired two people, only one was able to come.
That said, the mover was amazing. Not only was he incredibly efficient (was able to unpack a truck for a 1 bedroom apartment in under an hour), he was also very friendly, fluently trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese), and let us know some things about the area we wouldn't have known otherwise.

We had a great experience with Discounted Moving. We hired 2 guys for 2 hours to help us load a 16’ truck and move 15 minutes away and unload. They showed up 30 minutes early and went straight to work. They took great care of our items and loaded the truck efficiently. I would highly recommend, especially for the price.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are Packing on your own. Prepare all your belongings with the proper packaging materials. If hiring a mover focus on packing your boxes and labeling them correctly. Try not to over pack so things can be moved swiftly and prevent box spills. Be sure to check all dressers or drawers are empty and contents are stored and prepared appropriately.
