Horace and his crew did a great job. They were running late but they kept in contact with me and unloaded my 16' POD quickly and efficiently. They took care of all of my belongings and even assembled my bed frame. They were amazing, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company.

They showed up 2-3 hours later then they said they would but brought another man which was great to get the job done faster, but they didn't put things where they were supposed to go! They left boxes in the garage, they left furniture downstairs (hired them to bring heavy furniture upstairs), left heavy boxes downstairs, hired for 2 hours and left after one hour. They put both mattresses in one room instead of the correct rooms, left furniture in the garage and didn't give us our money back for the last hour they didn't work. I left to get money for a tip and returned to realize they didn't put things where I asked them to. Basically, they finished quickly but did a half-assed job.

The contractors were four hours late. I was told they would be at my home between 12 and 2 pm. They didn't show until 4 pm. By that time, with most of the day gone, I had moved the largest majority of the household items out of my old home and into the new one. However, when they finally did arrive they were awesome. They moved everything I asked them to move and where I wanted it as well. It took a second trip, to my old home to move the last of the furniture and they did this with no issue and moved everything out and in as promised. There was a "lack of communication" during a rain delay upon arrival back at my home where for almost 45 minutes nothing happened until the rain let up. I found out later that had I told them to move the furniture during the rain they would have continued yet they never asked whether or not I wanted them to continue. They just stopped. I didn't know whether this was their policy or not so I assumed it was and did not interfere. When the rain stopped they finished and when I authorized payment they were gone at almost 8 pm. Bottom Line: They were late and although obligated for four hours only spent an actual roughly three hours work on site and I did get reimbursed for delays and hours. I would certainly use them again, they were prepared, they worked very hard, they were very respectful of my property and goods, but I would expect them to be on time as promised.
