I wasn't happy with the services provided. I was originally booked for 2 movers for 2 hours. I communicated that we may need more help and they booked an additional mover- wonderful! They got here and they were exhausted, I felt bad for them. They said they were going since 4:30 that morning and it was 1pm. That's definitely a long day. 1 of the 3 movers were really great, 1 was okay, and 1 was honestly terrible. She lifted the lightest of lightest stuff and put together our baby's crib incorrectly which made it unsafe and I had to redo it. They packed up 15 minutes before our scheduled end time and were ready to go. My husband asked them to stay for the extra 15 minutes and help unwrap some moving blankets or start putting the furniture that had to be taken apart back together and they were not very happy. I returned from a quick walk with my child and they complained and said "they didn't know they had to do that." Meanwhile, when I booked their services and spoke to someone on the phone, I informed them that we would need help with that. Overall, they were able to bring everything in and put it in a few rooms, mostly the garage, but I'm upset with how their company overworked them and set them up for failure with our move.

You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
Prestige Movers handles local & long distance moves (we love long distance), commercial, office, events, same place relocation, evictions, and much more.
