Houston, Jah and Ant came to unload 26 ft moving truck into my 2 story home and did a great job. I appreciate the care taken and treated everything as if it were their own. As my husband was hooking up the washer, the connector broke, water was going everywhere, Houston went above and beyond helping me go through and locate a box of tools so we could get the water turned off. Would recommend and use again. Make sure to ask for Houston to be assigned to your move, you won't be disappointed!

To be honest this was the worst service I’ve ever had with movers. They showed up late, took a ridiculous amount of time to do anything including one guy deciding to do his morning business in our bathroom for 20 min on the clock and not making up the time. Our stuff was dropped down stairs. Couch was set on mud outside. Our chair was broken. If I could give no stars I would. Unloaders couldn’t believe the way they packed the truck. Never again.
This is not typical of the service I provide and not tolerated, therefore has been dealt with internally. There was a mistake on my end with scheduling 14 movers that day not sure why there was 2 helpers at your move. I do apologize.

You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
