The Perkins Packing team was on time, professional, polite, and did a great job. They took care to ensure nothing was damaged, and hand-carried each item rather than rolling dollies across my hardwood floors to prevent damage. They even covered the floors for additional protection. I highly recommend them for your next move and will absolutely use them again!

Overall great communication and the crew showed up as expected.
When they arrived they immediately asked for walkthrough of the house to understand locations. They were very efficient and inquired and reconfirmed the location of each box or item as they unloaded.
They were careful with every item as well as navigating the house.
The team was extremely helpful and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with moving and packing/unpacking.

These guys were amazing!! They arrived a few minutes early and were so quick and efficient. They made moving a breeze. Packed the truck like an expert level of tetris. Can’t recommend them enough. Super respectful and kind. If we ever need to move again we’d use them in a heartbeat.

They were kinda rude. Did a good job filling up the cubes but didn't use a dolly which would have made it go faster. They also were not very attentive and I have a feeling several items will be broken

On move day the crew lead will provide the customer with a 20-30 minute call ahead. The movers will arrive on moving day with all necessary equipment to perform the job safely and efficiently.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please do not hesitate to ask any questions. Make necessary accommodations to be better organized and ready for our arrival on moving day.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Our elite movers receive hands on training daily and are also required to complete several hours of proper moving technique video modules. Crew leads are more experienced and provide hands on training sessions for all new hires.
