What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We wil show up on time with a full equipped box truck And our certified movers. And will have comuunication with the customer from the time the job is booked until the move is completed.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Once the moving crew arrives on the day of your move you can call your move coordinator with questions, or talk to the driver. Your driver is normally the supervisor of the crew, and is the person you can go to with any questions or concerns on your moving day.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have everything packed, (unless you order a packing service)
