They we’re running a little late due to a previous job, but not a problem, they called and let us know . The two gentlemen who we had were amazing !!! I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of work they got done in the time frame of my budget . They were also friendly, courteous and professional!!! A pleasant experience!!!

I am so sorry that i cannot remember both names of my movers, I think that Bradley was one of the names. I have to say that both guys arrived on time and were ready to start working upon arrival. They were extremely helpful and respectful to both my Mom and myself. This by far was my best and easiest moving experience in my lifetime. The guys handled all of my items with extreme caution and I would definitely utilize this service again. If you are fortunate enough to get this team, you will not be disappointed. Thanks guys for having such a wonderful work ethic!

They were here about the time they said they would be. They were prepared for the job and worked hard throughout the time they were here. Would use them again. More could been placed in pod but they said were not aware that the pod would not be transported. Overall they were good.

They were about an hour late but I did receive a phone call informing me of the delay.
They were respectful but the guy "in charge" blew me off when I made suggestions on packing the pod & basically did what he wanted. This was my 3rd move in a pod ACROSS country. I know what works & what doesn't. But he didn't listen.
I requested they use the plethora of straps I had used the previous 3 times I moved in the pod. They only used a couple.
They did not follow the packing instructions from UPack on how to pack their pod (which I tried to explain & he blew me off). They need trained on weight distribution and securing loads properly.
My pod arrives today. Hopefully nothing shifted and there is no damage. If there is I'll come back and change my rating.

Please note I had to call several times to get someone to show up per the scheduled. They sent a replace crew 2 hours later. The crew they sent did not have a dolly to move heavy items. I spoke with the company and they stated if something is over 250 lbs that I need to let them know and that would of been extra if I needed it or a dolly. Fortunately I did not have any one thing that was over 250 lbs, but I did have heavy items and I also allowed the loaders use my personal dolly for their safety. Please note the young men who showed up did an outstanding job so I do not hold them responsible for poor management . The only thing that management was concerned about is that they the company got paid. Please do better and have a bless day.

My movers did a fantastic job. They showed up right on time and got straight to work. Everything was loaded quickly and there was no damage to anything. The crew were very friendly and courteous.

Our movers will give you a call when they are on the way, bring professional equipment, and stay with you till your move is complete.

Customers can best prepare for moving day by making sure as much packing is done as possible. Packing really takes up the most time on a move and if everything is boxed and ready to go, you can really save yourself a lot of time.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members must go through the Movers and Helpers training Program. This program takes 3 months to complete. This is why Movers and Helpers has the best labor only moving service in all of southern Louisiana. Our Reviews speak for themselves.
