These guys were AMAZING!!! They did 3 times more than the previous movers and got done in half the time!!! Highly recommend!!

They were definitely punctual. PJ was fantastic. Sam left a little bit to be desired. I had broken glasses, broken keepsakes, among other things. They wrapped a dresser in a blanket, stood it on its end, and pushed it across the floor of the truck. Not much left about that bedroom set is desirable. Have a padded bench for the end of the bed, brand new a few months ago, now has a year in it. I watched boxes being dropped at the back of the truck, watched boxes passed off upside down, it was crazy. I hired them because all I had was a couple folks from work helping out and I figured professionals would do a better job protecting my stuff. Big disappointment.

Pro Touch Movers were great. Called the night before to discuss the job and arrived 15 minutes early. They were efficient and worked quickly without complaint. Wasn’t a terribly big move job (most of the boxes went from our Pod into our garage), but the small amount of furniture we did have them move, they did professionally. They completed the job in record time. They were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Pro touch Movers.

I had an arrival window of 11-12 but they were late. Because we needed to return the truck we had to start the work ourselves and they therefore only worked 90 minutes of the paid two hours. They also arrived in an unmarked vehicle and had no clothing or anything that let us know the company name (that seemed odd).
While they were very nice, they appeared tired already and mentioned they had already done two other jobs. ??
Additionally because they were very sweaty (it was very hot outside), there were dirty sweat marks on the cloth furniture. ??
Again, they were very friendly and nice, but I do not feel we got our money worth of service and I’m disappointed in that.
Would love a phone call to discuss this further with Hire-A-Helper.
