The guys from Bennett’s moving were really great! Arrived right in the hour window, checked over our household goods to plan the POD packing and got right to work. Bo and Jacob were friendly and efficient, careful with our stuff and the doorways. They brought dollys and tie-down rope that they said was better than what we had bought. They apparently are also a full service moving company - if we move again we would consider using them for more than just packing a POD.

If there were 10 stars I’d give them! Exceptional customer service. Bo and Skyler were a tremendous help during a stressful time. They were on time, prepared, in great spirits, and experienced. They had a plan, worked well together and were very respectful of us and each other. I was especially impressed with the creativity of loading, allowing us to do it in one trip. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that everything was delivered and put away as we liked. This was the first time we hired movers and I’m so pleased. We’d definitely hire Bennett and specifically these guys again!

BENNETTS MOVING SERVICES: Three guys showed up half hour late. They dragged their feet for 8 hours that I hired them for, and started taking their time to pack the house. They took at least 5 cigarette breaks (which each was for at least 15 minutes), and they all decided to take their smoking breaks together. I bought them lunch, and it took them more than half hour to eat lunch and of course a cigarette break after lunch. They ended up not packing the entire hours, stayed (and charged me) for an additional 1.5 hours, and decided not to load the packed boxes on the truck because it was "dark". Of course it's dark if they showed up late, dragged their feet, stayed 1.5 hours more, took more than 2 hours in breaks, and charged me more money than the supplies I signed up for and they used. This crew was nothing but a three irresponsible young kids. I absolutely DO NOT recommend, and would like to request a reasonable refund for what I had to go through and hire more helpers the next morning to finish the job they signed up for. I'm way beyond upset. AND, the whole time the three kids were blaming me for not going with their company straight, instead of going through Hire-A-Helper. They ended up costing (and charging) me $1,459.50 for their terrible service. I agree that the house packed was 4000 square feet, but it was half empty. I had to put at least 1 mile moved on this form, but they haven't moved anything (not even one box) outside the house.

Sam and Nate did a great job. Professional, courteous, hard-working and careful. Unloaded two pods in 3.5 hours and set up two SleepNumber beds. Showed up on time. I'd definitely ask for these men again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a confirmation call from our friendly office staff within 24 hrs. of booking your request. They will go over the details and address an questions or concerns you may have. We also do a confirmation call the day before your move, just to check in and make sure everything is still on schedule and re-confirm address and start times.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day your crew leader will give you a call at least 30 minutes out. Please let them know if there are any special parking instructions or changes. Our crews bring dollies with them on all jobs. They will also bring a protection package including rope, tape, and plastic shrink wrap available for purchase if you would like to utilize our supplies.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please make sure to provide at least 1 moving blanket for each Item of furniture we will be loading. The crew will utilize them to protect your cherished belongings from any damage during your drive.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are a full service moving company. We can handle any type of moving help you may need. We do local and long distance loading/ unloading. No job is too big or too small.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is the customers. We have met so many great people over the years. We have hundreds of repeat customers. It always great to see them again and see how their family's have grown or changed.We know moving is stressful so we do our absolute best to make our part as easy and seamless as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members are thoroughly background checked before they are hired. Upon being hired we make sure they are fully trained and able to complete the work before they step a foot into the first home.
